What I do
Hello, and welcome, to Darby Designs! My name is Tina Darby and this is my online portfolio of my design work. I have included samples of many different types of design work for you to view. There's my digital work (graphics, website design, logos, templates, etc.), work I do by hand (drawings, paintings, sculptures, interior design, etc.), and various print media (business cards, menus, brochures, posters, clothing, etc.).
I have been designing for the last 13 years and have a ton of experience making designs for all kinds of things. I also have many years of experience with screen printing, the separation process, PMS colors, half-tones, and full color printing (separating full color images into only 4 print colors: cyan, magenta, yellow, black). I also do website design and know HTML. HTML5, CSS, PHP, Javascript, MYSQL, Flash, XML. I do have experience in creating sites using the Wordpress and Joomla platforms. I will do my absolute best to give you a design that exceeds your expectations. I am not the type of designer that will try to push my own preferred styles off onto you. I do offer suggestions but I will always follow your directions and give you what you want. I want the entire design process to be as easy and worry-free on you as possible! I have a lot of experience and have dealt with many types of customers so I have learned what customers like and prefer the most. I also try to finish my work in a timely fashion so that I can get you a high quality design as soon as possible.
I have experience in using these programs for graphics: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, QuarkXpress, Shockwave Flash, Adobe Lightroom, Powerpoint. For website design I use Dreamweaver and Notepad. By hand, I have used pencil, colored pencils, charcoal, ink, pastels, watercolors, oil paint, acrylic paint, markers, clay, metal, wood, fabric, and glass.

I do not have a price table available on this website because I prefer to offer custom pricing. This enables me to give you the best price possible. I only charge per design and not by the hour. If you are interested in having me design for you, please visit my Contact page (in the menu above or under 'Pages' below in the black area) and fill out the contact form. In the 'comments' section, please explain what it is you are looking to have done. This will allow me to respond to you with a custom quote as soon as possible!
Sometimes a client is unsure if the item(s) they want a design printed on are actually printable. In my experience, most items can be printed on but if you are unsure, include that with the rest of your information and I will help you determine if it can be done or not. If you want my design printed onto item(s) by a print company, I will do everything I can to make sure the design can be printed as cheap as possible. I can also refer you to print companies that I have personally dealt with and know give the best deals, have quick turn-around times, and ship nationwide.
